Meet Our Director
GCSE Coaches Academy was founded by Umair Shauban on a simple principle: academic excellence is built, not born.
From an early age, he became fascinated by learning, performance, and the factors that separate exceptional pupils from the average. Through extensive study, experimentation, and practical application, he developed a framework centred on structure, discipline, and effective learning.
What began as a personal pursuit evolved into a broader mission: to provide ambitious pupils with the systems, guidance, and environment required to achieve at the highest level.
Over time, these methods were refined, tested, and implemented across pupils of varying abilities and backgrounds. The result was a repeatable approach that consistently improved clarity, confidence, and academic performance.
