GCSE Coaches Terms of Service:

By using GCSE Coaches’ services, including online platforms, programs, and subscriptions, you agree to these Terms of Service.

1. Acceptance of Terms

Access to and use of GCSE Coaches’ services constitutes your agreement to these terms. If you do not agree, you must not use our services.

2. Eligibility

Our services are intended for students aged 10 and above. By enrolling, you confirm that you meet the eligibility requirements.

3. Subscriptions and Payments

  • All programs and services are subscription-based unless stated otherwise.

  • Cancellations must be submitted in advance via email to finance@gcsecoaches.co.uk. Late cancellations will not be accepted.

  • No refunds will be issued under any circumstances. Our operating costs are frontloaded and non-recoverable.

  • Payment obligations remain in effect until the subscription period is fully completed or cancelled in advance as per these terms.

4. User Conduct

  • You agree to use our services responsibly and ethically.

  • Sharing login credentials, copying content, or distributing materials without permission is strictly prohibited.

  • We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts at our discretion for violations.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, including videos, notes, strategies, and materials, is the property of GCSE Coaches. Unauthorised use, reproduction, or distribution is prohibited and may result in legal action.

6. Limitation of Liability

  • GCSE Coaches is not responsible for any losses, damages, or academic results arising from use of our services.

  • Services are provided “as-is,” and we make no guarantees regarding specific outcomes or grades.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate your access to services at any time, with or without notice, for any reason.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

9. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of England & Wales. All disputes will be resolved exclusively in the courts of London.
