Overview
The Legal Department is responsible for all legal, regulatory, and compliance-related matters within GCSE Coaches Ltd. It operates as the central authority governing the interpretation, enforcement, and maintenance of all policies, contractual frameworks, and legal obligations applicable to the organisation.
All legal processes are conducted in accordance with the laws of England & Wales.
Scope of Responsibility
The Legal Department oversees:
Interpretation and enforcement of the Terms of Service
Oversight of Privacy Policy and UK GDPR compliance
Safeguarding policy compliance and regulatory alignment
Management of formal complaints and dispute resolution
Contractual agreements and liability frameworks
Internal policy review, drafting, and updates
Authority & Decision-Making
The Legal Department acts as the final authority on all policy interpretation and enforcement.
All determinations made by the Legal Department are binding and take precedence over informal communication or prior understanding. No other department holds authority to override legal determinations.
