Where Grade 9s are the standard:
Grade 9s aren’t a magic trick nor are they reserved for “nerds”.
There’s only two steps to achieving a Grade 9 in any GCSE subject:
Understand the Content:
There is a set syllabus that you will be examined on and if you understand it, you won’t get confused. The focus here is NOT memorisation as that will come naturally with time & practice.
Apply the Content:
You can pretend to have your GCSEs over 10x by yourself in the comfort of your own home. You can analyse every mistake and become a walking mark scheme.
Now here is the uncomfortable question:
How do you actually go about doing these two steps when a textbook bores you after 5 minutes because you live in a world where your attention is governed by algorithms?
